Vimani LLC, is the pharmacy’s owner and operates the pharmacy where the doctor’s offices and medical advisors are located (Advanced Practitioner Registered Nurse) who offer medical services to patients at the offices, these are separate and independent health companies and are not partners, nor have an employer/employee relationship, nor are commonly part of any type of business organizations. Both Vimani LLC as the medical advisors act at all times as independent contractors from each other and not as agents or legal representatives of one another.
