Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Provide exceptional patient care by supporting intake, vital signs collection, documentation, and follow-up communications.
- Assist providers during consultations and clinical procedures, including injections, rapid testing, phlebotomy, specimen collection, and lab management.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure timely documentation within the EHR system.
- Coordinate patient communications, laboratory results, referrals, and appointment follow-ups.
- Support inventory management, supply ordering, and compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and clinic safety standards.
- Ensure exam rooms remain clean, organized, fully stocked, and ready for patient care.
- Contribute to an outstanding patient experience through professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification or equivalent clinical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care within the United States.
- Certified and experienced in phlebotomy, injections, and rapid testing.
- Experience using EHR systems and healthcare technology.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Patient-centered mindset with a commitment to quality care.
- Ability to pass background screening and comply with applicable healthcare regulations
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Provide comprehensive patient care through clinical evaluations, physical examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Deliver preventive and wellness services, including weight management, vitamin therapy, and patient education.
- Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests to support clinical decision-making.
- Perform clinical procedures such as rapid testing, vaccinations, specimen collection, Pap smears, and basic wound care.
- Prescribe medications and develop evidence-based treatment plans in accordance with Florida regulations and clinical best practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Medical Assistants, administrative staff, pharmacy partners, and leadership teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience and support efficient clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Florida APRN license with autonomous practice authority.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care.
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS and other specialty certifications are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of acute, chronic, and preventive care management.
- Experience with EHR systems and digital health tools.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, infection control standards, and healthcare compliance requirements.
